The two and a half hour program showcasing films from independent filmmakers worldwide, has been hosted annually in 14 countries over a 10 year period, touching countless lives in and out of the ocean.

The 10th Anniversary Tour will showcase a handpicked selection of the finest ocean-themed films from across the world, featuring breathtaking cinematography, thought-provoking narratives, and heartwarming tales of marine life and conservation efforts. From adrenaline-pumping surfing documentaries to deep-sea explorations, the festival will offer a diverse and captivating lineup that will leave the audience both entertained and enlightened.

What a great time we had at Banter Bookshop last Saturday June 10th. Thanks so much to host and shop owner Amy Davis for hosting the Lotta Pedal Catches Her Wave Story Time event. Everyone learned a bit more about Lotta Pedal, we talked about the beach and how we can keep it clean. . . a few lucky winners won a prize and we painted some cool stones and colored some surfboards outside.

What a great day we had this past Sunday May 21 at Books Inc. in Palo Alto, hosted by Drew Durham from Books Inc. Lotta Pedal was introduced to a full capacity audience- eager to learn more about Lotta’s surf day adventure. After reading a few chapters, Author Vanessa Cudmore answered questions ranging from “how did you come up with the idea?” to “will there be a second book?” A few lucky winners received Books Inc Gift Cards along with the unique Lotta Pedal Love Bracelet, designed especially for Lotta by Adriana Chede. On display was Lotta’s reclaimed wood surfboard pet bowl and her beach cruiser bike from Mike’s Bikes Palo Alto. Kids of all ages were able to take part in few craft activities after the event.
